Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with OmegaBuddy. We offer limited-edition designer toys, TCG cards, and other collectible products. Our return and refund process varies by product category and location. Please read the following policy carefully:
Return Policy
For European Union Customers
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the package(s) to info@omegabuddy.com .
- The product must be in the same condition it was received, without damage or alteration. E.g. for OmegaBuddy Original Products, the certificate of authenticity must be intact and undamaged. The associated NFT must not have been claimed, transferred, or resold.
- The item must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Customers have to arrange the return shipping by themself and pay for the return shipping cost.
- To avoid possible dispute, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Custom-made or personalized items; Sale items and promotional offers as well are unreturnable.
For Non-European Union customers
Return is not acceptable unless the item is defective or damaged when receiving.
Important Note:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at info@omegabuddy.com with photos and details of the damage, within 2 days of receiving the package. We offer replacement/partial refund/full refund based on the situation.
- Returns made without prior notice is not be eligible for a refund, as we may be unable to determine responsibility for the damage.
- If the package is lost or sent back to us due to customer side responsibility(wrong address; no picking up from collection point; unresent when delivery etc.), we can arrange the resend with a second time shipping cost or arrange refund only of the item cost to customer.
Refund Policy
For European Union Customers
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 14 days. The reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
If returned items arrive damaged due to improper packaging or handling, a fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the costs.
If an OmegaBuddy Original Product is defective or damaged and cannot be replaced due to its limited-edition nature, the customer has the following options:
- Partial Refund: The customer may keep the damaged item, including the certificate of authenticity and NFT, and receive a partial refund based on the extent of the damage (see refund tiers below).
- Full Refund: If the customer does not wish to accept a partial refund, they may return the item for a full refund, as long as the certificate is intact and the NFT remains unclaimed.
For Non-European Union customers
Defective or damaged OmegaBuddy Original Products are not eligible for returns, but a partial refund will be offered under the same conditions. The customer may keep the item, certificate, and NFT while receiving the partial refund.
